    Namo Buddhaya !

    Pinvath Samadhi Ayye,

It was with great pleasure that I read your announcement of the opening of new hospice complex at Kurundankulama, Anuradhapura. I am quite sure that with your background, genuine commitment to service and enthusiasm in such noble work, this place should make a heaven for those who seek peace and refuge during their final days in life. As a long time promoter of your charity and religious work, it brought me immense pleasure to see this place open to the public, after years of hard team work by Cancer Care Association members and its volunteers.

Please accept my good blessings and sincere good wishes on this occasion and may this place bring relief, comfort, refuge and happiness to all who take its shelter and services, and by that inexplicable merit may you be free from all suffering, and may all those who helped you in every way to bring up this place be free from suffering and those who will lend their hands in the future also be free from suffering. “ Idam me punnyam asavakkaya vaham hotu, Idam me punnyam nibbana paccayo hotu”

    Thank you!

    • Navindra,

Thank you very much for your inquiry. Our monthly agenda is released at the beginning of each month over this website (Event line up). We always welcome peaceful individuals to attend our events if it is open for the general public. We usually release a detailed description of the event beforehand, that will state whether it is open to all or for the selected few.

If you want to join us the ideal event would be our Monthly Blessing Pooja held at Cancer Institute Maharagama but then again if you enjoy activities more involved with patients,we have other programs too.

Like we have stated in our month of April schedule we will be having our Blessing pooja tomorrow 29th at 4.30 PM at the Cancer Hospital Bhodi tree premises. Patients as well as people known to us will parcitipate in this occasion. Followed by recital of seth pirith distribution of soap and other items will take place. This event will continue for approximately two hours.

Morning proceedings begin at 7.00AM before breakfast and many find it difficult to make it on time specially on weekdays. therefore only a selected few will parcitipate.

Day after tomorrow on the 30th there will be a delegation of students coming from a school to the Hospice to interact with patients and to help them in every way. Although we don’t permit large groups you might be able to join this event on consent .

Please don’t hesitate to call Dr. Samadhi on his given contacts for further information.

May the Triple Gem Bless You!
